1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services and offers provided by Sharon Zuccaro – in particular cosmetic nail treatments, nail design, training, and coaching – unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments for treatments or training sessions are arranged individually, either electronically or in person. A booking is considered binding once it has been confirmed by both parties.
By booking an appointment, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Due to high demand for nail treatments, interested clients may join a waiting list and will be informed once a slot becomes available. However, this does not guarantee entitlement to an appointment.

Important:

If an appointment is missed or not canceled in time, the full fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

The next appointment must be paid for in advance.

After missing two appointments (regardless of the type of service), I reserve the right to refuse further bookings.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are communicated individually in advance. The prices agreed at the time of booking apply.
Payment is due on the day of the appointment. Refunds are only possible for timely cancellations (see section 4).

4. Cancellations & No-Show Fees
For nail services (treatments):
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. In the case of short-notice cancellations or no-shows, a fee of up to 100% of the agreed price will be charged.

For trainings & coaching sessions:
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled start. If canceled later or in the case of no-show, the right to participate expires, and any fees already paid will not be refunded.

5. Services & Liability
Nail services:
All treatments are carried out professionally, in accordance with hygiene standards, and using high-quality products. No liability is accepted for allergic reactions, misuse, or improper aftercare.
Touch-ups are only possible within 3 days after the treatment and only if the issue is proven to be caused by my work.

Trainings & coaching sessions:
All training is based on years of experience. However, individual learning success cannot be guaranteed. All course materials are intellectual property and may not be shared or published without explicit written permission.
Refunds for training or coaching that has already taken place are not possible.

6. Participation Requirements (for training)
For advanced or specialized courses, successful completion of a basic nail design course is required.
Participation without prior knowledge is not permitted.

There is no general minimum age. Participation is at one's own responsibility or, for minors, with the consent of a parent or guardian.

7. Copyright
All texts, images, course materials, and designs are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Data Protection
Personal data is used solely for the processing of services and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Place of jurisdiction – where legally permitted – is Cologne.
Should any individual provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
